Conceptual Design & Engineering
All Incurve forged wheels are 100% custom made-to-order. Designed, engineered, and FEA-tested to the exact specifications and requirements for optimal performance and fitment to your vehicle, using only USA-made material. Once the desired configuration and dimensions are determined, Incurve will fine-tune the wheel design specifically for your vehicle application to produce an aesthetically pleasing design, while maximizing structural integrity.
Milling & Fabrication Process
Once the design has been configured and tested, the forgings are then milled to shape. Further customization of each wheel design is available to produce a wheel set that is truly yours. Incurve’s forged designs allow for various assembly hardware setups, traditional PCD or centerlock adaption, lightweight pocketing features, and custom forged aluminium center caps.
Finishing, Assembly & Quality Control
The final step of the wheel process is when you get to choose the final appearance attributes for the custom wheel build. Using only the best powders on the market, each 3-piece wheel design allows for you to specify the final finish of each component. Before your order is shipped, it goes through a thorough QC process to check for imperfections as well as a run out test to make sure each wheel balances correctly.
